Enterprise Data Control Tower
Timu’s customer, the enterprise NGO Yes4Youth, needed a system to manage data across 25,000 youth and 300 implementation partners, and to integrate with the rest of their ecosystem.
The Challenge
25,000 Youth. 300 Partners. One System.
Yes4Youth runs a youth employment model at genuine national scale = 25,000 young people moving through the programme, supported by 300 implementation partners on the ground.
None of that could be tracked reliably without a single source of truth. Timu needed a backoffice that could handle the full breadth of that operation, from data entry through to reporting.
The system also needed to stay in sync with Yes4Youth’s own Azure-based systems downstream, without turning every update into a manual export-and-import exercise.
- 25,000 youth records
- 300 implementation partners
- Cross-cloud data replication
- Employment data reporting
- Enterprise NGO scale
Challenge
Solutions Built
One Backoffice. Synced Everywhere.
Symbyte built a bespoke backoffice to run Yes4Youth’s full employment model, then wired it into their Azure environment with an automated replication strategy.
Bespoke Backoffice
A backoffice built to handle the top-to-bottom business processes, data entry, and reporting for the youth employment model. Managing 25,000 youth and their employment data points through a single system.
Data Replication
A data-replication strategy set up on AWS, keeping Yes4Youth’s data replicated in real time into their own Azure Cloud systems.
25,000 Youth Tracked End-to-End
Every data point in the employment journey is captured and reportable through one backoffice.
300 Partners, One Source of Truth
Implementation partners across the programme now work from the same consistent dataset.
Seamless Cross-Cloud Sync
Data replicates automatically from Symbyte's systems into Yes4Youth's Azure environment, no manual exports required.
A Reporting Layer Built for Scale
What used to require manual reconciliation now runs as a standing part of the system.
