The platform needed to be built to handle hundreds of thousands of coupons moving between redeeming clients and voucher-providing partners, on a tight and unmoving timeline.
On top of the build itself, Craft had just taken on a contract with Mastercard to own the web presence for the loyalty programme across three countries, adding a second, parallel workstream to an already tight schedule.
